For item under 22kg we will send out an eparcel return email to your email address
customer just need to print out the label and bring it to any aus post outlet
the parcel will be sent back on our own cost. If item over 22kg, we will arrange courier to return the item.

customer would need to arrange the return on your own .
CREDIT for returns?
We will deduct the shipping cost and restocking fee then issue the refund in the balance if it is no seller’s fault return
We will issue the full refund if it is seller’s fault return.
